Attention: User of a firewall (ZoneAlarm, BullGuard, Kaspersky, Norton) are advised to uninstall it and purge all corresponding registry entries. These firewalls are known to be a common source of connectivity issues when using the Cisco vpn client.
If a deinstallation of the firewall is not possible please ask the RZ-helpdesk for a working configuration.
Members of the RWTH Aachen university which do not yet have a network service id (Netzdienstkennung) are advised to read the pages of the RZ -ServiceDesk.
Every student receives such an id during his/her activation.
